How to Create an Email Account in cPanel

An email account on your domain (e.g. info@example.tj) is created in cPanel in 1 minute. The number of mailboxes depends on the plan.

Steps:

1. Sign in to cPanel.
2. “Email” section → Email Accounts.
3. Click Create.
4. Fill in:
   • Username — the part before @ (info, sales, admin).
   • Domain — pick the domain.
   • Password — make a strong one or use “Generate”.
   • Storage Space — quota (Unlimited or a specific size).
5. Click Create. Done.

How to access mail:

• Webmail: https://yourdomain/webmail or via cPanel → Email → Check Email.

Helpful:

• Use strong passwords — mail accounts are often brute-forced.
• Enable spam filter (cPanel → Email → Spam Filters → Apache SpamAssassin).
