- Domain — pick the domain.
- Password — make a strong one or use “Generate”.
- Storage Space — quota (Unlimited or a specific size).
- Click Create. Done.
How to access mail:
- Webmail:
https://yourdomain/webmailor via cPanel → Email → Check Email. - Outlook / iPhone / Android: IMAP/SMTP setup — see separate articles.
Helpful:
- Use strong passwords — mail accounts are often brute-forced.
- Enable spam filter (cPanel → Email → Spam Filters → Apache SpamAssassin).
- Configure SPF/DKIM/DMARC so emails don’t go to spam — see separate article.
