To prevent expiration, your domain must be renewed on time. Navju Cloud supports manual renewal and auto-renew.
Manual renewal:
- Open your domains list.
- Select the domain and click “Renew”.
- Choose the period (1–10 years depending on the TLD) and pay the invoice.
Auto-renew:
Enable it on the domain page. The system will issue an invoice 14 days before expiration and renew the domain after payment. Without auto-pay, you will get reminders by email and via @navjucloudtj_bot.
What happens if you do not renew:
- 0–30 days — grace period, regular price renewal.
- 30–60 days — redemption period, restore with penalty.
- 60–75+ days — domain is released.
Do not take risks — renew in advance or enable auto-renew.
