How to Migrate Your Site from Another Host to Navju Cloud

Site migration to Navju Cloud is a free service. We can do it ourselves or give you a detailed guide.

Method 1: Free migration by our team

  1. Order hosting and pay.
  2. Open a ticket titled “Site Migration”.
  3. Provide old host details: cPanel access OR FTP + database.
  4. We will move everything within 24–48 hours.

Method 2: DIY via cPanel Backup

  1. On the old hosting go to cPanel → Backup Wizard → Full Backup. Download the archive.
  2. In the new cPanel → upload the archive via File Manager.
  3. Open a ticket — we will deploy the backup on our side.

Method 3: Via WordPress (for WP sites)

Install the All-in-One WP Migration plugin on the old site → export to file. On the new one — install clean WordPress, install the same plugin → import. Done.

Important: after migration do not switch DNS immediately — first verify the site via a temporary link (we provide it in the ticket).
