If your site is cramped on the current plan — move up. Or vice versa: if there are too many resources — you can downgrade and save.
Steps:
- Sign in to your services list.
- Open the desired hosting account.
- Click “Upgrade/Downgrade”.
- Pick the new plan — the system will show the price difference accounting for unused balance.
- Pay the invoice — the change applies automatically in 5–15 minutes, no data loss, no downtime.
What to know:
- All files, DBs, mail remain in place.
- IP address usually stays the same.
- On downgrade make sure the new plan fits your data (disk, DB).
- Refund/extra charge is calculated automatically pro-rata.
