Let’s Encrypt is a non-profit certificate authority issuing SSL certificates for free. In Navju Cloud it is built into cPanel and enables automatically (AutoSSL).
How to enable:
- Sign in to cPanel.
- “Security” section → SSL/TLS Status.
- Select the domain and subdomains needing SSL.
- Click Run AutoSSL.
- In 1–10 minutes the certificate is issued and installed.
What to know:
- Certificate validity — 90 days, auto-renewal 30 days before expiration.
- Both main domains, subdomains, and Wildcard (*.example.tj) are supported — Wildcard requires DNS verification.
- Certificate is issued only if the domain points to our server (via an A record).
- Browsers trust Let’s Encrypt the same as paid certificates — no difference for users.
If AutoSSL did not work:
Check the DNS A record for the domain points to the correct server IP. If correct — open a ticket, we will issue manually.
