If your emails from info@example.tj land in the “Spam” folder at Gmail, Yahoo, Outlook etc. — there can be several reasons:
Checklist of issues and fixes:
- SPF not configured — add a TXT record (see the separate SPF/DKIM/DMARC article).
- DKIM not configured — enable in cPanel → Email Deliverability → Install Suggested Records.
- No PTR (reverse DNS) for server IP — usually already set on our side, verify via mxtoolbox.com. If missing — open a ticket.
- Server IP in blacklists — check on mxtoolbox.com → Blacklists. If listed — write a ticket, we will help with removal.
- Email content is “spammy” — many caps, links, words like “free”, “won”, “urgent”. Test via mail-tester.com — it gives a score 0–10.
- No DMARC — add even a simple
p=nonepolicy, improves deliverability. - Bulk sending too often from regular hosting — use Mailgun, SendGrid or similar services for newsletters.
Regular checks via mail-tester.com and mxtoolbox.com are the best way to keep your reputation healthy.
