Contact details in your profile matter: invoices, domain notifications, tickets all go to them. Update when you move, change phone or email.
Steps:
- Go to account details.
- Edit fields: name, phone, address.
- Click Save Changes.
Email change:
- In the same section update email and save.
- A confirmation message arrives at the new email — follow the link.
- Until confirmed, login still uses the old email.
What is important:
- If you have a .tj domain — owner data in WHOIS does not update automatically. Submit a separate request via ticket.
- For international domains (.com, .net etc.) Registrant change may temporarily lock the domain for 60 days — ICANN policy.
- Telegram-bot notifications keep working after email change.
