How to restore

- Log into cPanel
- Under Files → JetBackup 5 open the desired backup type: Full Account, File Backups, Database Backups, Email Backups
- Pick a date — you’ll see the list of available copies
- Click Restore next to the one you need
- Restoration takes from 1 minute (single DB) to an hour (full account)

How to make a manual backup

- cPanel → Backup Wizard
- Pick Backup → Full Backup
- Set your email for notification
- The archive lands in the home directory — download via FTP/SSH or File Manager
