To receive mail in a desktop client you need IMAP/SMTP parameters. They are the same for all mailboxes on Navju Cloud hosting.

Outlook (Microsoft 365)

- File → Add Account
- Enter the email → Advanced options → Set up manually
- Pick IMAP
- Enter the parameters from the table
- Done

Thunderbird

- Menu → New → Existing Email Account
- Enter name, email, password
- Thunderbird tries to detect settings automatically. If not — click Configure manually
- Enter parameters from the table
- Done

Possible issues
\n
- Untrusted certificate — check that you’re using
mail.yourdomain.tjexactly as in the SSL cert - SMTP not sending — check that ports 465/587 aren’t blocked by your ISP
- Password doesn’t work — reset in cPanel → Email Accounts → Manage
