Payment via Visa or MasterCard

Visa and MasterCard are the most universal payment methods at Navju Cloud. Work with cards from any bank including foreign ones.

Steps:

1. Open the invoice in your client area or from the email.
2. From the dropdown select Visa or MasterCard.
3. Click Pay.
4. You will be redirected to a secure payment gateway page.
5. Enter card details: number, expiry, CVC, holder name.
6. Confirm the payment (3DSecure code from bank SMS).
7. After successful payment you return to the client area, invoice status — Paid.

Specifics:

• Payments go through Alif Webcheckout — NBT-licensed gateway.
• Card data is not stored on our side — processed by the bank.
• Currency conversion — at the issuing bank rate.
• Crediting time — instant (usually 1–2 minutes).

If the payment fails — check bank app SMS, card limits and balance. If issues persist — ticket titled “Payment failed”.
