Regular password changes and using a strong password are the basics of security. Do it every 6–12 months or right away if you suspect a leak.
\n
If you know the current password
\n
- Log into cp.navjucloud.tj
- Click your name → Change Password
- Enter the current password
- Enter the new one twice
- Save Changes
\n
If you forgot the password
\n
- On the login page click Forgotten Password?
- Enter the email tied to the account
- You get an email with a link in a minute
- Set a new password via the link
\n
No email? Check Spam. Or contact support via ticket (but a ticket needs login — call or email support@navjucloud.tj).
\n
Which password to pick
\n
- At least 12 characters
- Mix of upper, lower, digits, special chars
- Don’t use a single word (even hard) — dictionary attacks
- Best — phrase of 4 random words (“mountain-kobold-watermelon-72”)
- Use a password manager: 1Password, Bitwarden, KeePass
\n
After the change
\n
- Enable 2FA — separate article
- If you have linked services (Telegram bot, scripts) — update them with the new password (not needed if they use an API key)
