How to Recover Your Account Password

Forgot your Navju Cloud password? You can recover it in 2 minutes via email.

Steps:

1. Open the password reset page.
2. Enter the email linked to the account.
3. Click Submit Request.
4. Check your mail — a “Password Reset” email with a link.
5. Follow the link (valid 24 hours), set a new password.
6. Sign in with the new password.

If the email does not arrive:

• Check the Spam folder.
• Make sure the email is spelled correctly (the same you registered with).
• Wait 5–10 minutes — sometimes delayed.
• If still nothing — open a ticket with your email and services (domain/hosting). We will check and help.

If you lost access to email:

This is harder. Open a ticket from another email, describe the situation, attach proof of account ownership (invoice, screenshot etc.). We will verify manually.
