Transferring a Domain to Navju Cloud

If your domain is registered with another registrar, you can transfer it to Navju Cloud — without losing time (it gets extended by 1 year).

What you need before transfer:

  • The domain must be older than 60 days since registration or last transfer.
  • Remove the Domain Lock at the current registrar.
  • Get the EPP code (Auth Code) from the current registrar.
  • The domain owner email must be valid — confirmation will be sent to it.

Steps:

  1. Open the transfer page.
  2. Enter the domain name and EPP code.
  3. Pay for the transfer.
  4. Confirm via the link from the current registrar email.

The process takes from a few hours to 5–7 days. All statuses are visible in the client area and via Telegram.

Note: the .tj zone has its own transfer policy — check with support via a ticket.
