iPhone lets you add a custom domain email in 2 minutes. We use IMAP — that means emails sync between phone and server.
Steps:
- iPhone → Settings → Mail → Accounts → Add Account.
- Choose Other → Add Mail Account.
- Fill in: name, email (info@example.tj), password, description.
- Tap Next.
- Pick IMAP and fill in the servers:
Incoming mail server (IMAP):
- Hostname:
mail.example.tj(replace with your domain). - Username: full email (info@example.tj).
- Password: mailbox password.
Outgoing mail server (SMTP):
- Hostname:
mail.example.tj. - Username: full email.
- Password: mailbox password.
Tap Next. iPhone will verify the connection (10–30 seconds). With SSL — port 993 (IMAP) and 465 (SMTP). If it does not work — check exact settings in cPanel → Email Accounts → click Connect Devices on the mailbox.
