Email Setup in Outlook

Microsoft Outlook (desktop) is also easy to set up for custom domain email.

Steps (Outlook 2016/2019/365):

1. Open Outlook → File → Add Account.
2. Enter your email (info@example.tj) → Advanced options → Let me set up my account manually.
3. Pick POP or IMAP. We recommend IMAP.
4. Fill in:
   • Your Name.
   • Email: info@example.tj.
   • Account type: IMAP.
   • Incoming server: mail.example.tj, port 993, SSL/TLS.
   • Outgoing (SMTP): mail.example.tj, port 465, SSL/TLS.
   • Username: full email.
   • Password: mailbox password.
5. Click Next. Outlook will test the connection.

If errors — check exact settings in cPanel → Email Accounts → Connect Devices on the mailbox. There you see working ports and protocols.
