Creating a mailbox on your own domain

An email like info@yourdomain.tj adds credibility to a business and works on Navju Cloud hosting out of the box.

How to create a mailbox

1. Log into cPanel
2. Email → Email Accounts
3. Click Create
4. Fill in:
   • Username — e.g. info or sales
   • Password — strong (or Generate)
   • Storage Space — quota (1 GB is usually enough)
5. Click Create

The mailbox is ready in seconds. To log in: Webmail at https://yourdomain.tj/webmail or a client (see separate article).

Right after creation

\n

• Set up SPF and DKIM (cPanel → Email Deliverability) — otherwise mail lands in spam
• Verify via Email DNS Checker
• Enable 2FA for cPanel login — if the mailbox is compromised, damage is limited to one box
