<h3>Steps:</h3>
<ol>
<li>Sign in to <a href="https://cp.navjucloud.tj/clientarea.php?action=services">your services list</a>.</li>
<li>Open the desired hosting account.</li>
<li>Click &#8220;Upgrade/Downgrade&#8221;.</li>
<li>Pick the new plan — the system will show the price difference accounting for unused balance.</li>
<li>Pay the invoice — the change applies automatically in 5–15 minutes, no data loss, no downtime.</li>
</ol>
<h3>What to know:</h3>
<ul>
<li>All files, DBs, mail remain in place.</li>
<li>IP address usually stays the same.</li>
<li>On downgrade make sure the new plan fits your data (disk, DB).</li>
<li>Refund/extra charge is calculated automatically pro-rata.</li>

										<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Each hosting plan has resource limits. Knowing them is important to pick the right plan and avoid hitting the ceiling.</p>
<h3>Main limits:</h3>
<ul>
<li><strong>CPU</strong> (processor load) — measured in %. If the site constantly exceeds the limit — other sites on the server suffer, we are forced to temporarily suspend the account.</li>
<li><strong>RAM</strong> (memory) — how much a process can consume. Exceeding → process is killed, page fails.</li>
<li><strong>Disk</strong> — total volume for files, DB, mail, backups.</li>
<li><strong>Inodes</strong> — number of files and folders. Each email, each plugin, each cache file = 1 inode. Limit is usually 100k–500k.</li>
<li><strong>Entry Processes / IO</strong> — concurrent requests and disk speed.</li>
</ul>
<h3>How to check current usage:</h3>
<p>cPanel → right sidebar → &#8220;Statistics&#8221; block shows current values and limits.</p>
<h3>What to do when exceeded:</h3>
<ul>
<li>Delete old backups and unused files.</li>
<li>Install a caching plugin (LiteSpeed Cache, WP Rocket).</li>
<li>Upgrade to a higher plan — <a href="https://cp.navjucloud.tj/cart.php?gid=addons">upgrade</a> in the client area.</li>
</ul>

										<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>A backup is a safety net for your site: in case of breakage, infection or error you can always roll back. Navju Cloud offers both automatic and manual backups.</p>
<h3>Automatic backups</h3>
<p>We take daily snapshots of all accounts and keep them for 7–14 days (depending on the plan). Restore is possible via ticket.</p>
<h3>Manual backup via cPanel:</h3>
<ol>
<li>Sign in to cPanel → &#8220;Files&#8221; section → <strong>Backup Wizard</strong>.</li>
<li>Click <em>Back Up</em> → <em>Full Backup</em>.</li>
<li>Provide an email for notification.</li>
<li>In 5–30 minutes the archive will be ready in your Home Directory. Download via FTP or File Manager.</li>
</ol>
<h3>Restore:</h3>
<ul>
<li><strong>Full account</strong> — open a <a href="https://cp.navjucloud.tj/submitticket.php">ticket</a>, we will restore from auto-backup in 1–2 hours.</li>
<li><strong>Files only</strong> — cPanel → File Manager → upload .tar.gz and extract.</li>
<li><strong>Database only</strong> — phpMyAdmin → Import → select .sql.</li>
</ul>
<p>Make your own backup before every major update (CMS, theme, plugin updates).</p>
